We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days. Your order will be dispatched as soon as your payment has been approved and your delivery/billing address has been verified.

Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance for international orders. International orders can take between 3-10 days depending on the country.

Our orders are shipped using Royal Mail and MyHermes.
Royal Mail delivers Monday-Saturday between 9am and 5pm.
MyHermes deliver Monday-Friday between 9am and 5pm.
You will be notified who your parcel has been sent with via email.

We offer free standard shipping for all UK orders over £30
Royal Mail and MyHermes aim to deliver standard packages in 2-4 working days.

UK Standard Delivery – £2.75
Charge applies for orders under £30
Royal Mail and MyHermes aim to deliver standard packages in 2-4 working days.

UK Next Day Special Delivery – £6.95
Available on orders placed before 12pm. Delivery is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next day. This service is only available for deliveries on Monday to Friday.

Delivery to Europe – £4.95
Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to European destinations within 5 working days.

Delivery to Rest of the World* – £8.95
Royal Mail Airmail. Royal Mail aim to deliver Airmail packages to International destinations within 5-10 working days.

We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.

Please be aware that the above delivery times do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation.

We do not accept liability for any delivery instructions issued to the delivery company by the customer. If you leave instructions requesting a parcel to be left in a different location (e.g. shed, garage, with a neighbour) we cannot accept responsibility, if you fail to receive your parcel.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shopping destination. Local VAT may apply outside of the United Kingdom.

Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email. You will also receive an email notification when your order has been dispatched. Lost or Delayed Items

If your items are lost or delayed, please email us at contact@pepsandpooks.com quoting your order number and we will do our best to investigate for you.

Customs Information

We are unable to calculate and are not responsible for any customs or import duties levied when the goods arrive in your country. Delays may occur in customs which effect the delivery time quoted and this is beyond our control.
